We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary team at a new Thai Noodle Bar in Westport, Co. Mayo. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Thai food operations. Responsibilities include developing menus, sourcing ingredients, managing food costs, and liaising with ownership/management to establish price points. Experience and ability in teaching Thai food preparation techniques are essential. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week.
