Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious private estate in West Sussex, leading the culinary offering for a new restaurant. You will oversee a high-quality small-plates menu, work with organic estate produce, and guide an ambitious kitchen team.

Head Chef - West Sussex | £60,000, daytime hours and the chance to lead an exciting new dining concept.

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious private estate in West Sussex, leading the culinary offering for a new restaurant in the Arts Foundation development. You'll work with exceptional organic produce, artisan suppliers and a talented estate team to create memorable small-plates dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

You'll be an accomplished chef with a passion for quality produce and creative dining.

• Previous Head Chef experience at 3 Rosette level or a similar standard
• Proven experience leading a high-performing kitchen team
• Strong menu development skills, ideally within a small-plates concept
• A passion for locally sourced, organic ingredients
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A hands-on, collaborative approach to leadership
• Flexibility to work additional days or hours when required for events
