Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. You will own the kitchen operation, craft seasonal menus with regional produce, and drive memorable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with creativity and commercial awareness; experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or Rosette-standard operation is preferred. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Your new role

As Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of the complete kitchen operation and lead a motivated brigade. Based near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, you’ll create seasonal menus using quality regional produce while helping the restaurant deliver memorable dining experiences.

What we’re looking for

The successful Head Chef will combine strong leadership skills with genuine creativity and commercial awareness. Previous experience within a quality restaurant, hotel or Rosette-standard operation would be ideal.

You’ll also need:
