Mitchells & Butlers plc in Bushey is seeking a Head Chef to lead Browns Brasserie and Bar's kitchen, inspiring the team and delivering consistently high-standard dishes.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, supervise food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while working with a branded menu.

As Head Chef at Browns - Bushey you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
