Job summary

Browns Brasserie and Bar in Bushey is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll be at the heart of delivering classically British dishes and a great guest experience in a vibrant Brasserie setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead your kitchen section and ensure the team works as one.
• Step in to lead in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Prepare and portion food to meet brand standards.
• Order food and manage stock with the Head Chef.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
