Browns Oxford is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train a great team and deliver classically British dishes with warmth and pride.

You’ll run a section, support the Head Chef in ordering and stock, ensure hygiene standards and help the team to smile with every service. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are on offer.

As a Sous Chef atBrowns Oxford, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
