Job summary

Browns Bath is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspiring a skilled team and upholding the highest standards of food quality.

You will manage kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations within Browns Brasserie and Bar's branded environment.

As Head Chef at Browns Bath you’ll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
