Job summary

Red Lion, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef to lead an ambitious kitchen and team. You will inspire staff to deliver first-class dishes and uphold exemplary standards across all menus.

You’ll manage kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction and sales, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
• Experience managing stock control, ordering and prep.
• Understanding of health and hygiene regulations and compliance.
