Red Lion in Bath is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll inspire your team and instill a passion for consistently high standards, ensuring guests return for exceptional food.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen or similar team setting.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
