Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen in one of our pubs across the country. You will be responsible for raising the bar and setting standards, growing and retaining a motivated kitchen team, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role requires experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef. You will ensure food and hygiene standards, communicate clearly with the team, and strive to meet quality and speed targets.

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager or Head Chef role.
• Ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef position.

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen.
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met.
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team.
• Take pride in the meals that you and your team produce.
