The Woolpack is a 15th-Century Inn located in the heart of High Street, Tenterden, Kent. Known affectionately as The Woolly, it is a family and dog-friendly pub and restaurant featuring 7 individually designed bedrooms. If you are passionate about delivering warm and welcoming experiences, we invite you to join our team.

As Head Chef, you will:

1. Lead the kitchen operations daily, managing a happy and efficient team.
2. Ensure the smooth running of busy kitchen environments with great organisation and a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have held a senior chef position in a premium pub or restaurant
• Care about using fresh, seasonal produce
• Motivate and lead by example
• Be organised and knowledgeable about kitchen numbers
• Have excellent understanding of HACCP, COSHH, and Food Safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a premium hospitality environment
• Strong food and drink knowledge
• Understanding of financial targets and how to meet them
• Own transport is essential
