Signature Brew is seeking an experienced Head Brewer to lead our production and packaging teams as we scale during an exciting growth phase. You will grow production of our award-winning core range while maintaining the very best quality standards, develop our range, and collaborate with internationally-renowned artists who help define Signature Brew’s union of great beer and great music.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a brewery and a team.
• Advanced Brewing Qualification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ambition to grow with Signature Brew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the production and packaging department.
• Line manage production and packaging leaders and schedules.
• Drive growth of production with scalability and efficiency.
• Coordinate contract brewing and packaging requirements.
• Develop recipes and create new brews.
• Lead new product development from idea to market via pilot kit.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and ensure equipment spares inventory.
• Ensure quality control, QA, sensory analysis, and on-site lab.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards (HACCP, SALSA) and audits.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage 3rd party vendors.
• Represent Signature Brew within the industry.
