Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group’s Kentish Town brewery is seeking an enthusiastic Production Innovation Brewer.

You’ll work hands-on across brewing, packaging, and new liquid development, reporting to the Head Brewer, with responsibilities from raw material intake to finished goods release.  You’ll join a multi-skilled team focused on innovation, quality, and safety, contributing to the development of new recipes and techniques while supporting commercial with liquid development and growth

Qualifications

• Passion for high quality beer production and strong quality culture.
• Technical fault-finding skills to operate in a fast-moving brewing environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adopt new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of the team and timely near-miss reporting with full closure.
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards across brewing and packaging operations.
• Perform basic lab tasks: yeast counts, diacetyl testing, pH, gravity, viability, CO2/DO tests.
• Operate brewhouse, cellar, filtration, packaging, and stock control processes.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and recover plant to full operation.
• Assist in HACCP activities and SALSA accreditation compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
