Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Head Breakfast Chef to join its Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to deliver five-star service for guests and colleagues. The role focuses on owning the breakfast operation, maintaining high standards, and driving menu changes within a dynamic, energetic team environment.

You will lead a team in a busy breakfast service, ensuring mise-en-place and dishes meet the recipe standards, while actively researching new dishes and presenting

Qualifications

• To own overall breakfast operation, mise-en-place and service for the section / department.
• To ensure your team prepare and cook food to the correct standard as specified in the recipe specification manual. Spot check standards frequently including reviewing comments from guest feedback.
• Drive all aspects of menu changes in line with the menu calendar.
• To promote good communication within the kitchen and proactively leave clear handover for any colleagues taking over the kitchen.
• Pro-actively research relevant new dishes for new menus and present them on a monthly basis.
