Caprice Holdings Ltd’s Bacchanalia in Mayfair is seeking a dedicated Bar Back to support our bar team and ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience. In this fast-paced, guest-focused venue, you will help maintain bar stock, assist bartenders, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Retrieve and restock liquor, beer, and other beverages as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
