Job description

Full-time • Front of House • 45.00 Hours per week •

We are looking for personable individuals to join our bar team to assist with delivering exquisite cocktails, exceptional wine, and our own Searcys champagne.

Job Type: Full time

• Provide exceptional customer service and carry out all duties required
• Assist with the setup of the bar
• Take orders and prepare drinks
• Prepare hot drinks
• Follow company policies and departmental procedures/training
• Liaise with key personnel to ensure food and service are consistent and meet standards
• Adhere to legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations, etc.
• Maintain a proactive and hands-on approach
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Show passion for food and beverage
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills
