As Head Bartender – Leaf & Cane you will be accountable for assisting the Leaf & Cane Bar management and supporting colleagues with all aspects of the Leaf & Cane experience, focusing on guest and colleague satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Interacts with other Bar employees to ensure smooth running of the Leaf & Cane Bar
• Controls and analyses quality levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene
• Delivers the Leaf & Cane Barconcept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept
• Conducts briefings and maintains liaison with the Head Chef and colleagues from other Food and Beverage Outlets
• Assists in conducting the induction and orientation of new colleagues
• Assists in developing formal training plans and carrying out on-the-job training sessions
