Key responsibilities of a Mixologist:

• Create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service
• Ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times
• Work across all areas of the bar
• Drinks and food service, cocktail preparation
• Have strong menu knowledge and be able to make recommendations
