At Kimpton Fitzroy Londonwe are looking for a Bar Team Leaderto join us inFitz’s Russell Square on a Full-Time contract.

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Bar Team Leader, we will support you to:

• Be yourself- bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are!
• Lead yourself – we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections, we trust you to do right!
• Make it count– you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

As our Bar Team Leader you will work closely with the F&B Managers leading the team wo work together and drive the business forward. You are people focused putting the needs of our guests first. You can lead, motivate, and engage with the team providing guidance and support to ensure great service standards are maintained and most of all you are always willing to learn new things.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in leading a team is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A flexible approach to shifts, but it is important remember you may be finishing after midnight almost every day.
