About the role

• Be fluent in English
• Be a passionate Head Bartender who can work fast, with style, flair and attention to detail.
• Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
• Have a good knowledge of wine and cocktails
• Be a great team player who really cares about people.
• Have dexterity and a focus on drink quality is a must.
• Have a ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")
