• Design and maintain a creative, high-quality cocktail and beverage menu.
• Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff to ensure excellent service.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences at the bar.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently.
• Control beverage costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure all drinks meet presentation and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.
• Collaborate with chefs and management on pairings and events.
• Drive bar sales through upselling and promotional initiatives.
