• Proven track record as Head Bartender or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and current cocktail trends.
• Demonstrated mixology expertise with a portfolio of memorable cocktails.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment with composure.
