The Genuine Dining Company is seeking a proactive Lead Barista to drive a premium coffee program at our Silverstone site. You will lead coffee service, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity
Lead and elevate the coffee offering in a performance-driven environment. Comparable to a specialist performance engineer, you’ll refine processes, train your team, and ensure every detail contributes to a premium experience. Your expertise will set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Head Barista

• Lead the coffee service operation, ensuring premium quality and consistency
• Train and develop barista team members to high standards
• Oversee coffee sourcing, equipment maintenance, and stock control
• Innovate and develop beverage offerings aligned with client expectations
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
• Monitor performance and maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
