The Genuine Dining Co. in central London is seeking a Barista to join our vibrant hospitality team.

You will delight customers with friendly, professional service and craft a range of coffees and beverages to our high standards. As part of our busy canteen, you will maintain a clean workstation, follow health and safety guidelines, manage stock, take orders on the till, and contribute to a positive guest experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to prepare and serve coffee beverages and teas to standard.
• Knowledge of allergen procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace according to schedules and COSHH standards.
• Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies.
• Process payments using till systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Be flexible to assist with other tasks.

• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
