The Genuine Dining Co. in Oxford is seeking a Barista/General Assistant to join our front-of-house team. You will craft high-quality drinks, deliver warm service, and help keep a fast-paced venue welcoming.

• Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
• Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
• Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Supporting with orders of all coffee, cleaning ad disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
• Support your fellow team members - teamwork is essential to our success.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
