In this role you will be: Working within the Higher Education (HE) Directorate; the post holder will be responsible for continually enhancing the experience of HE students by engaging them as partners in their learning, and acting on their suggestions for improvements. The role also requires quality monitoring and audit of key documents to ensure students have access to the information required for success.
