Salary: £31,925 - £40,640 pro rata (£4,167 - £5,305 actual salary)

Hours: 5.5 hours per week

Location: Selby College

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging schemes of learning and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment resources.
  • Facilitate the development of core knowledge and professional skills to support trainee success.
  • Use a range of inclusive teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Effectively produce and manage every trainee’s individual teaching plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential.
Qualifications
  • Degree in any subject
  • GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
  • Masters in Education or other related subject
  • Experience of working in the FE/HE sector
  • A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification
