Job summary

Infosys in London is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Architect to lead data conversion projects with HDL & BIP expertise across UK Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules.

You will guide implementations, perform data migrations, reporting, and system integration testing within the UK public sector, communicating complex solutions to technical and business stakeholders while ensuring SDLC compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for UK Absence, Core HR and Payroll.
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK public sector.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.
• Ability to communicate complex tech solutions to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience across the full SDLC and leading integrations, data migrations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM with focus on Absence, Core HR and Payroll for UK clients.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of UK payroll and pension processes.
• Apply hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for the UK Public sector.
• Perform System Integration Testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Utilize HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader in delivery.
• Discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting with technical and management teams.
• Lead customer discussions on data migrations and reports for Payroll, CORE HR and Absence.
• Follow SDLC including CRPs/Playback sessions and training content creation.

Job Description

We're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Architect to implement and support Data Conversion with expertise in HDL & BIP in Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Your role

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Absence Management and Payroll for the UK public sector with specific focus on Data Migration, Reports development etc.,

You'll need a deep understanding of all UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Absence, Oracle Core HR and Payroll modules for UK clients especially Data Conversion, Reports Development etc.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
• Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
• Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
• Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, CORE HR, Absence, and other relevant modules
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training

Required:

• Should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Absence, CORE HR and Payroll modules for UK
• Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll, Pension and Absence Processes
• Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK Public sector clients
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, CORE HR and Absence and other modules
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

• Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
