Job summary

• Strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise HCA/GPA team; coordinate rotas and appraisals.
• Oversee training and development of HCA/GPA staff.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, guidelines and QOF targets.
• Attend clinical meetings representing the HCA/GPA team.
• Manage ordering of consumables and vaccines; maintain data systems.
