Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a driver to contribute to the safe and timely movement of clinical and industrial waste in the UK. You will support the transportation team, ensure compliance with EU Working Time Directive and ADR regulations, and assist Service Managers in daily operations.

The role requires a Category C1 licence (3.5–7.5 tonnes), GCSE or higher education, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent required.
• Strong commitment to service and client.
• Excellent time management and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings.
• Complete documentation for drivers’ hours and WTD.
• Comply with Road Traffic Act and ADR/hazardous goods rules.
• Act as a customer contact at delivery point and maintain professionalism.
• Attend trainings and adapt to shift patterns as required.
