Pertemps Wolverhampton Temps seeks an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to work with BOC Gases in Wolverhampton. This full-time temporary position pays £46,123 per year.

Duties include operating commercial vehicles, transporting hazardous materials under ADR regulations, and completing scheduled multi-drop deliveries. Requirements include a valid UK HGV/LGV Class 2 licence, CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, ADR certification, and a clean licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK HGV/LGV Class 2 licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• ADR certification covering Class 2 - Gases in Packages required.
• Minimum 3 years holding the licence and at least 180 days driving in the past 2 years.
• Maximum of 3 penalty points; no CU80, MS90, CD, DR, DD, IN or TT endorsements.
• Willing to undergo DBS check and Drug & Alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles and transport hazardous materials under ADR regulations.
• Complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries to various premises.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Secure cargo and handle gas cylinders or specialised waste containers safely.
• Maintain accurate tachograph records and transport documents.
