The role involves safe transport of dangerous goods, multi‑drop deliveries, and rigorous vehicle checks. Salary is £46,123 yearly, with ongoing temporary employment and potential permanent opportunities.

Requirements include a UK HGV Class 2 licence, CPC, and ADR card, plus up to 3 penalty points and a clean record. DBS and drug/alcohol testing will be conducted.

Qualifikationen

• Valid UK HGV/LGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• ADR card (minimum Class 2 Gases in Packages).
• Ideally 3 years licence with 180 days driving in the past 2 years.
• Licence clean: max 3 points and no active CU80, MS90, CD, DR, DD, IN, or TT endorsements.
• Willing to undertake a driving assessment, DBS check and Drug & Alcohol test.

Aufgaben

• Dangerous Goods transport: operate safely and follow ADR regulations.
• Deliveries & collections: multi‑drop deliveries to various premises.
• Vehicle compliance: perform pre/post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Manual handling: secure cargo including gas cylinders or waste containers.
• Documentation: maintain tachograph records and DG paperwork.
