Job summary

Victim Support Wales is seeking a part-time Caseworker (22.5 hours per week) in the Wales Hate Crime team. You will provide tailored one-to-one support to victims, helping them navigate the criminal justice system and access additional services.

You will build networks with partner agencies to improve services, while collaborating with staff and volunteers to meet diverse needs. The role is based in Wales with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience working with safeguarding issues and relevant legislation.
• Experience in statutory, voluntary, community, or customer service environments dealing with the public.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Directly support hate crime victims and ensure tailored one-to-one support.
• Assist victims through the criminal justice journey and access additional support services.
• Develop networks of partner agencies to improve services for victims.
