Synechron, a global technology consulting firm, seeks an experienced Software Engineer (HashiVault Platform) to join our Glasgow team. You will manage and enhance the HashiCorp Vault platform, ensuring secure secrets management and platform reliability in a complex enterprise environment.

Based in Glasgow, the role offers permanent/contract opportunities with a focus on backend development, Kubernetes, and Vault integrations within Morgan Stanley's cybersecurity ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 4-8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong programming in Golang and/or Python.
• Experience building REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Helm.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhance backend services, APIs, microservices, and platform capabilities using Golang or Python.
• Build and implement security controls to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Develop AI-powered tooling and automation for vulnerability analysis and resilience.
• Design and develop testing frameworks, automation suites, and quality engineering solutions.
