Job summary

TEKsystems in Manchester, UK seeks a Cyber Security Architect to lead IAM and Secrets Management design within a major transformation programme. You will own end-to-end solution design, produce HLDs, and set architecture standards while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Ideal candidates have extensive IAM, PAM, and cloud security experience, plus hands-on Vault and Terraform expertise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with IAM, cryptography, and security architecture.
• Experience operating in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of security regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• HashiCorp Vault and Terraform experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned to security requirements.
• Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs) and architecture documentation.
• Develop architecture patterns, decisions, and technical standards.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across projects.
• Provide technical leadership across governance boards and programmes.
