Job summary

WithYou seeks a Specialist Harm Reduction Worker to support clients across Fife, delivering harm reduction interventions and outreach in the community. You will coordinate care through partnerships, manage a caseload, and ensure respectful, dignified treatment at all times.

The role requires health/social care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends. Salary starts at £26,250 per annum with progression to £30,900.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or a related setting.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Experience delivering outreach and community-based group work.

Responsibilities

• Provide harm reduction interventions and structured one-to-one work.
• Carry out outreach harm reduction and multi-agency liaison with partners.
• Manage an active caseload with a focus on continuity of care and dignity.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring high-quality service.
• Be flexible with hours and support other locations when needed.
