Job summary

WithYou is seeking a compassionate Specialist Harm Reduction Worker for a fixed-term role in Fife. You will deliver high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group, joining an established team dedicated to harm reduction.

The role requires building relationships, managing caseloads, and collaborating with partners. It is a full-time 12-month contract with occasional evenings and weekends, starting salary £26,250 rising to £30,900 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care or related setting.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Experience delivering group work in outreach/community settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high-risk situations.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work.
• Comfortable using IT and digital media.
• Flexible with working hours and able to support other With You locations when needed.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide harm reduction interventions and structured one-to-one work.
• Deliver outreach harm reduction and multi-agency liaison.
• Develop Harm Minimisation interventions in a community setting.
• Manage an active caseload with timely client engagement and dignity.
• Coordinate care and work with partners to ensure high-quality service.
