Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high quality, safe service including assessment and engagement support.
• Manage caseload and provide harm reduction interventions.
• Coordinate with Worcestershire locality teams under supervision of Operations Manager and Senior Practitioner.
• Be flexible with hours to cover rota requirements, including some evenings.
