Job summary

Cranstoun Worcestershire drug and alcohol treatment service is recruiting Keyworkers to deliver assessment, engagement support, and harm reduction across Worcestershire, with caseloads in Redditch, Wychavon, Kidderminster, and Bromsgrove.

You will join a team overseen by an Operations Manager and Senior Practitioner, work 35 hours per week, and may include some evenings; DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Delivery of a good quality and safe service including assessment and engagement support.
• Caseload management across Worcestershire.
• Knowledge of harm reduction and needle syringe program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a good quality and safe service, including assessment and engagement support.
• Manage caseload and ensure delivery across Worcestershire teams.
• Deliver needle syringe programme and harm reduction interventions.
• Use Microsoft Office and manage your diary efficiently and proactively.
• Be part of a team that may require some evenings and unsociable hours.
