Job summary

Cranstoun Worcestershire is seeking multiple Keyworkers to support individuals affected by alcohol and/or drug use within six Worcestershire districts. You will deliver assessment, engagement support, case load management and harm-reduction interventions, contributing to safer, healthier lives.

DBS checks apply for all posts. Role operates across Redditch/Wychavon or Kidderminster/Bromsgrove with core hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and some evenings to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a good quality and safe service to people supported, including assessment and engagement support.
• Case load management and harm reduction interventions.
• Provide needle syringe programme delivery and associated harm reduction activities.
• Maintain diary management with integrity, enthusiasm and proactive planning.
• Attend to service delivery requirements, including occasional evenings.
