Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Validation and Debug Engineer to harden the performance of high-speed interfaces across real product conditions. You will own hands-on validation in the lab, focusing on SerDes, PCIe Root Complex and Ethernet while gaining deep knowledge of Graphcore silicon, boards and system behavior.

You’ll tune links, investigate failures and translate lab findings into clear engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware validation with board bring-up and subsystem debugging.
• Experience validating Ethernet, PCIe and SerDes at device level.
• Proficient with lab instruments and debugging to root cause.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on validation in the lab and drive issue resolution across teams.
• Tune links, investigate failures and translate lab findings into decisions.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Silicon and Firmware for bring-up and debug.
• Report clear data-driven conclusions to guide product readiness.
