Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to shape the electrical performance of its AI compute hardware. You will work on 112Gbps and 224Gbps SERDES, DDR and processor interfaces, guiding launches, vias, transmission lines and low-loss materials.

You will simulate, validate and bring through prototype bring-up, debugging and production support, collaborating with PCB, package and system teams to achieve best possible performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in high-speed digital circuit development and signal integrity.
• Expertise with GHz SERDES design and validation.
• Design of BGA, connectors launches, vias and transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed signal paths and define stack-ups for upgraded hardware.
• Develop, extract, and simulate PCB structures across production and test boards.
• Own SI decisions for complex board and package interfaces; collaborate cross-functionally.
