Graphcore is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to design circuit solutions for processor systems and validation platforms. You will translate requirements into schematics, layout constraints and testable hardware, working with silicon, firmware and software teams.

You will own designs from definition through bring-up, validation and production transfer, helping prove performance, margin and reliability before volume production.

Qualifications

• Strong digital circuit design and validation skills with power delivery and interfaces.
• Experience with processor-based systems and interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, USB, QSPI, JTAG).
• Lab bring-up, debug and validation using test instruments.
• Ability to script tests in Linux/Python and analyze results.
• Awareness of server components such as BMC/NIC/SSD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design circuit solutions for Graphcore processor systems and validation platforms.
• Translate requirements into schematics, constraints, and testable hardware.
• Define validation plans, run lab campaigns, and debug prototypes with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to production transfer and reliability evaluations.
