Job summary

Copello Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technically complex hardware programmes, coordinating engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams from concept through to customer delivery.

You will plan, manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery within timescales, cost and quality, while maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex hardware or technology programmes.
• Background delivering hardware/tech projects in Defence, Space, RF, Radar or similar.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects across the full lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and resources to meet timescales, cost and quality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders and provide clear project leadership.
