Technical Project Manager – Delivery, Risk & Stakeholders

Job summary

Copello is partnering with an established technical organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects from planning through to successful delivery.

You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification. Defence/aerospace context and SC clearance are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years PM experience in a technical/engineering environment.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial awareness.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Defence/aerospace experience and SC clearance desirable.
• PMP or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, delivery, risk and change management.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, resources and project performance.
• Manage customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Produce financial forecasts, reports and project updates.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and delivery constraints.
