Job summary

Qualifications

• Line management and performance management of a segment of the engineering team.
• Experience leading a remote/hybrid team of engineers.
• Experience with project planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Line management of a segment of the DSE engineering team. Engineers are located at multiple sites with hybrid working.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Review engineering work to ensure high standards and alignment with project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate task durations and develop plans.
