Job summary

SEA in Barnstaple is seeking an Electronics Team Leader to drive electrical and electronic design across the full product lifecycle. You will lead a project team, ensure delivery to cost, time, and quality, and provide technical expertise in analogue and digital circuitry, PCB design, and electro-mechanical interfaces, while supporting manufacturing, installation and life-cycle service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical/electronic design across product lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring engineers and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of V&V and standards.
• Ability to develop proposals and engineering estimates.
