Join Our Leadership Team – Electronics Engineering Manager (Defence Manufacturing | Bespoke Electronics | High Power Custom Systems)

Full-Time Contract or Permanent | Senior Leadership

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in high-stakes environments? We’re seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to share technical responsibilities with the Managing Director, lead our cutting-edge facility, and serve as the main contact for a high-value client. This role offers a pathway to senior management positions such as Managing Director or Technical Director in the future.

The client is open to offering a high salary or contract day rate to the best candidate.

About the Role

As Electronics Engineering Manager, you will oversee all facility operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure the facility meets the highest industry standards. Your leadership will be key to delivering mission-critical products, supporting sustainable growth, and enhancing the company's reputation in defence and bespoke electronics manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead facility operations: production, maintenance, quality assurance
  • Drive strategic planning aligned with company goals
