The Electronics Engineering Manager will share technical responsibilities with the Managing Director, serve as the main contact for a high-value client, and lead our cutting-edge facility in the defence and electronics manufacturing sector. About the Role

The Electronics Engineering Manager will oversee facility operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and uphold high industry standards to deliver mission-critical products, support sustainable growth, and enhance the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations—production, maintenance, quality assurance
• Develop strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Manage defence contracts ensuring regulatory compliance
