Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Hard Services Compliance Manager to ensure all hard facilities management services are delivered in a safe, legal, and compliant manner. You will manage specialist contractors, uphold SLAs and KPIs, and drive compliant maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and safety disciplines.

The role requires a building services or facilities management qualification, recognised health and safety credentials, CPD evidence, and a valid UK driving licence for site

Competenze

• Qualification in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, or facilities management, or equivalent experience.
• Recognised health and safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
• Evidence of CPD relevant to hard facilities management and statutory compliance.

Mansioni

• Ensure hard services compliance with legislation, industry standards, and organisational policies.
• Develop and maintain compliance assurance systems for inspections, testing and maintenance.
• Monitor performance across electrical, mechanical, water hygiene, gas, lifts, fire safety, and building fabric.
• Maintain accurate compliance records for audits and governance.
• Manage specialist hard services contractors to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure permit-to-work and safe systems of work are followed by contractors.
• Support procurement, mobilisation and management of hard services contracts.
• Oversee statutory inspections, testing, certification and remedial works within timescales.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks; investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Promote health and safety culture across all hard services activities.
• Represent the organisation during regulatory inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and governance.
• Produce compliance reports for senior management and governance groups.
